At  Kishoree, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. To make returns and exchanges simple, please review our policy below:

Conditions for Returns/Exchanges:
1. Products received in a "Damaged/Defective/Broken" condition.
2. Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 2 days of receiving your item.
3. We recommend recording a video while opening your parcel to provide proof of its condition and your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

4. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return/Exchange:
1. To request a return or exchange, please contact us at kishoreefashion25@gmail.com  or send a WhatsApp message to 9023711433 with your order number and reason for return within 2 days of delivery.
2. Customers are responsible for arranging the return/exchange using their preferred courier service. We recommend using India Speed Post for return shipping.
3. The return parcel must be sent at the customer's expense to our address. We will only refund the product cost; forward/reverse shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. We understand that returns can sometimes be necessary. To assist with this process, we recommend using India Speed Post for your return shipment. Please note that the customer is responsible for any associated shipping costs.

Important Notes:
1. Return/exchange requests will not be accepted if submitted after the 2-day window.
2. Stitched or customized items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
3. Customers must provide the return tracking details within 2 working days after the return request is approved.
4. Please send the tracking ID and order number to our WhatsApp message to 9023711433 or Email:-  kishoreefashion25@gmail.com 
5. Kindly return the product in its original packaging, including the bag and tag, to ensure proper order identification.
6. Returns or refunds will not be accepted beyond 2 working day after approval of the return request. After this period, only exchanges will be offered.
7. Prepaid orders do not include forward shipping charges. In case a return request is initiated, the forward/reverse shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
8. Orders with multiple items, only one item will be accepted for return and refund.
9. Exchange charges of ₹100 will be applicable.
10. Max ₹150 will be deducted from the refund amount for forward shipping charges.

11.We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at kishoreefashion25@gmail.com.

Refund Process:
1. Once we receive the returned product, the refund will be processed within 7
working days.
2. Refunds will be issued via UPI or NEFT to the customer's bank account. Please include your bank account number, IFSC code, and the order slip inside the return parcel.
